RETURN POLICY

At Rockin' Toys we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have created a hassle free returns system that should allow you to shop with confidence knowing that Rockin' Toys stands behind its products.

Returns

• You may return any product within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges).

• Before returning product you must receive an RMA number from Rockin' Toys.

• You can receive this number through our returns service online. (follow this link to access our returns service).
• The number must be located on the shipping label.

• If the RMA number is not visible on the label the package will be rejected.

To receive a full refund the product must be received in the following condition:

• Unused
• In resalable condition
• Includes all manuals, accessories, etc.

If received product does not meet the above mentioned criteria the Rockin' Toys reserves the right to assess shipping/handling charges of 10% or greater depending on the condition of the product.

To assure a smooth transaction Rockin' Toys encourages all to securely pack all returned items. Additionally it is encouraged that all items are properly insured for their purchase value.

Lost/Damaged Items

• If your ordered items are lost or damaged Rockin' Toys offers the following options:
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect the entire content of their order upon receiving their shipment.
    • Damaged goods should be reported within 30 days of receipt.
      • Rockin' Toys will consider special situations (presents, etc).
  • Upon the completion of a shipping/damage investigation Rockin' Toys will gladly replace the items with a new product.
  • If the customer does not wish to replace the items Rockin' Toys is more than willing to refund the entire purchase amount in the form of the original payment.
